About Us
Burl Angel Rescue is a foster based non-profit dedicated to saving animals in need.
Burl Jensen, for whom our organization is named, was a singularly kind and considerate friend to all who were lucky enough to be in his orbit. He never met an animal he didn't love, and that love was abundantly returned. Burl helped many people and animals in his life. Sadly, we lost Burl to a tragic motorcycle accident in 2022. He inspired countless people to do better, and through this organization, we hope to continue his valuable work.
With the help of many, we have built a network of helping hands that have enabled us to save the lives of many dogs in need.
